| Thanks to EDR Trust's Jeffrey Resetco, who was so moved by our recent multifamily event that he sent us this picture. He tells us it's Baltimore's tallest apartment building under construction (located at 929 N Wolfe St) and 321 units and 9,000 SF of ground-floor retail will open there in June 2012. PNC Bank provided construction financing and Marks Thomas is the architect. |
