| An improved economy means dwindling tenant concessions, but many aren't ready to put landlords in the driver?s seat. Following the recent discovery of 16 new super Earths, multiple big-box tenants have threatened to leave their anchor positions for planets like HD 85512 b unless their lease demands are met.
