On the rare occasion he's not thinking, eating, dreaming, and talking CRE, Spencer also serves on the board for the Baltimore Leadership School for Young Women. Earlier this month, he emceed the school's first annual spelling bee in his best grad school get-up. It's a fundraiser with corporate competitors, he tells us, and Baltimore MTA took home top honors in the competition.
