One Day, Two Ribbon Cuttings

Baltimore

The SSA build-to-suit in Baltimore wasn't the only building to open Tuesday. In Annapolis, the first spec office since ’08 opened at 1730 West St, celebrated by MacKenzie Commercial’s Trish Farrell and Scott Wimbrow, City of Annapolis Ward 3 Alderwoman Rhonda Pindell Charles, owners Creston and Barry Tate, and MacKenzie’s Justin Mullen. It’s also the only larger-than-10k SF product that’ll deliver for some time.

Justin tells us the plan had been pure office, but retailers are showing interest in the building's maritime style. One rumor says it's a high-end wine store (drat, we were hoping for a low-end one).
