What hasAllen & Shariff's Jack Gunther been up to sinceleavingthe retail sector in November? The former GGP-er (here withJPB Partners' Mark Regal atNAIOP Maryland's recent Winter Social) tells us he's still getting his feet wet in the non-retail world, but his new company--which designs, builds, and manages construction projects--has helped him reconnect with people he used to work with in the Baltimore/DC region.

Also at the Baltimore Technology Park event, which included a discussion on cloud computing: former COPT-er Dwight Taylor (withCoStar's Kristen Joy), who's nowenjoying retirement so he can contemplate life's more philosophical questions, like just how do they fit a cloud inside anyway? He's been busy since his '09 retirement, including nonprofit work for Teach for America, the YMCA of Central Maryland, the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute's BPI Foundation, and two public boards.
