| There's a new sheriff in town (if you work for CBRE, at least), and his name is Chip Olsen, senior managing director. He sent us this pic of himself and wife Linda, telling us he caught his first ship after graduating the Merchant Marine Academy in Baltimore. His business plan? Grow the Baltimore-Washington region?s share of corporatedeals, which Chip says he focused on at his last post in Atlanta. |
