Oceaneering International, offshore oil engineering company, 67k SF expansion, 6090 Dorsey Road, Preston Gateway Corporate Park, Anne Arundel County, Mike Elardo, Brian Kruger, Cushman & Wakefield, landlord, Prudential Real Estate Investors
This morning Oceaneering International inked a 67k SF expansionat 6090 Dorsey Rd in Anne Arundel county. C&W's Mike Elardo and Brian Kruger repped landlord Prudential Real Estate Investors; the deal brings the 1.1M SF property (called Preston Gateway Corpoarte Park) to 97.5% leased. Oceaneering International will now occupy 114k SF.
