ANOTHER BW INDUSTRIAL SALE

| Yesterday, CBRE's Bo Cashman and Jonathan Beard announced the sale of 7549 Harmans Rd in Anne Arundel County to American Realty Capital for $12.6M. The 40k SF building is 100% leased to Verizon (it's been a tenant since '91), which recently signed a long-term extension. The telecom giant uses the building as a dispatch facility for its trucks that service the area. |
