A DAY AT THE PARK
James Hancock, James Gohng, Brad Pumphrey, and Jim Weller, December 2011
Legg Mason Capital Management's James Hancock, Baltimore Technology Park's James Gohng, EastBay Media prez Brad Pumphrey, and Enterprise Technology Parks prez Jim Weller (the only one who still appreciates the class that comes with a nice tie) at ETP's client appreciation party at Baltimore Technology Park. The 30k SF data center at 1401 Russell St was built six years ago and has 15k SF of server space (raised floors) plus 15k SF of supporting infrastructure for things like generators to keep that AC running. (Anyone want to start a movement for having their cubicle on a raised floor plus high-tech temperature control?) James tells us once the remaining 5,000 SF is leased out, the company will look for another location, and it's also looking to expand in Philly.
