Maddy McCarty joined Bisnow in October 2022 as the Houston reporter. She covers commercial real estate locally and nationally, contributes to special projects and co-authors the weekly Texas Tea newsletter. She has previously written and edited for a daily print newspaper and is a double graduate of Texas Tech University. She is passionate about her cats and public libraries.
