Sources tell us Seven Oaks Properties is in talks with at least three tenants to anchor Riverwood 200, a planned 350k SF mid-rise trophy office tower in the heart of its Riverwood mixed-use project. While no deal to get the building started is official, sources say Seven Oaks is in talks with Holder Construction and Delta Community Credit Union (both of which occupy space in existing Riverwood properties) to anchor the development. Bob declined to comment other than to say plans for Riverwood 200 are “very preliminary” and no leases have been signed.

Seven Oaks has been marketing the site for a number of years, even with plans at one point to develop apartments and retail, according to Curbed. But its recent iteration is pure-play office, according to Seven Oaks marketing flier here. Albeit an office with views.
