Permits Reveal State Street Taking Two Floors At Three Alliance

Tishman Speyer is prepping digs for State Street at Three Alliance Center.

The developer of the 500k SF Buckhead spec office building revealed in permits filed with the City of Atlanta that it is making space for State Street Corp, which is moving from Monarch Tower.

According to the permits, State Street is prepping some 32k SF on floors 14 and 15 of the 30-story tower. This is the latest deal for the still-under-construction Three Alliance, which secured a deal last year with Global Payments for the top three floors of its tower.
