Two years after buying a half-empty Peachtree Corners office building, Minnesota-based Onward Investors has secured three more tenants for The Hub.

Spencer Bristol Engineering, All Risks Ltd. and Incomm inked deals at the 120K SF office building at 3567 Parkway Lane in Norcross. While details of total square footage leased were not disclosed, the three deals push occupancy from 49% when Onward and its partner, WHI Real Estate Partners, purchased the building to 75% now, CBRE Senior Vice President Bryan Heller said.

The deals come a year after the owners renovated The Hub with a new outdoor lobby, open ceilings and high-speed WiFi.
