Gallman Development Group got more than $8M in financing to convert a historic Atlanta building into an apartment project.
Through NorthMarq Capital, Gallman got the $8.5M in financing for historic tax credit equity, equity bridge and construction financing for the MC Kiser Building, a former shoe factory built in 1914 across from MARTA's Garnett Station. In turn, Gallman will transform the building into a 41-unit apartment project with street-level retail.
