With Google fully occupying its 1105 West Peachtree St., Selig Enterprises is moving forward with a second development next door.

Selig is set to come before the Midtown Development Review Committee with the proposed Midtown Exchange, a planned mixed-use project that will include 465 apartment units along Peachtree Walk and 13th Street, a 26-story office tower along 12th Street, 24.4K SF of street-level retail and a parking deck for 1,608 vehicles, according to the application filed last week.

The advisory committee regularly reviews proposed developments within the Midtown area and makes recommendations to the Atlanta Office of Zoning and Development.

Midtown Exchange will rise across Peachtree Walk from Selig's recently completed 1105 West Peachtree St. project that includes an Epicurian Hotel, 40 West 12th  a 64-unit luxury condominium — and 500K SF of office leased to Google and the Atlanta law firm Smith, Gambrell & Russell. According to the application, Selig also proposes widening Peachtree Walk for a 150-foot Art Wall to be incorporated into the Midtown Art Walk, planned to stretch from the Midtown MARTA station to the Woodruff Arts Center.

Selig will go before the development review committee on April 12 at 5 p.m. at 999 Peachtree St.
