Two of the latest planned Buckhead projects get a rendering unveil. First up: 2520 Peachtree, the follow-up project by JPX Works, which is a 23-story terraced condo tower with 65 units. JPX Works—led by Jarel Portman and Bruce Fernald—is fresh from the successful sale of its Inman Quarter mixed-use project, which traded in excess of $70M to TriBridge Residential last month. Inman Quarter's apartments are also among the 10 highest-achieving rental properties in Atlanta, as we reported here.

And Brand Properties released a rendering for its proposed mixed-use project at the former Garden Hills shopping center in Buckhead. Brand is proposing an office/retail mixed-use development. The office will be home to Brand Properties HQ as well as other family office tenants with low employee density, reports BuckheadView. And the retail will be high-end, both with a restaurant and a bank. [BV]
