Ryan, who came on board in January 2010, has helped grow the full-service, landlord brokerage and management company into a 4M SF portfolio focused on commercial landlord representation. In fact, the HT Group (approximately 20 properties including the West End Mall) outsourced its entire portfolio to the firm at the beginning of the year.
