TWO NEW CANDIDATES
Atlanta Financial Center Morris Manning Martin Hines Jones Lang LaSalle duncan gibbs louise wells
Morris Manning & Martin could be reaching an office decision by this summer. And leaving Atlanta Financial Center (seen here) is still a possibility. That's the word from Louise Wells, the managing partner at the firm, whom we spoke with yesterday. ?We have sufficient time left on our lease, so we're not pressed,? she says. But a source familiar with the law firm's search says while it was settling on a decision earlier this year, the landlords of two new unidentified office buildings have come courting the firm with aggressive offers (including very generous TI and rent abatement packages) that have changed the dynamics of the firm's decision. Jones Lang LaSalle's Duncan Gibbs and Gannon Shepherd have been helping MMM in its search. We previously reported MMM was considering not only renewing at AFC, but also Dewberry Capital's newly acquired Campanile Building in Midtown.
