Primerica HQ duluth cushman wakefield ken ashley travis jackson sam hollis
The Duluth-based insurance giant did confirm to us that it retained Cushman & Wakefield to ?assess property options? but characterized the search as being in the ?early stages.? With some1,700 employees at the Duluth HQ, a company official told us that Primerica executives ?remain committed to Gwinnett.? Cushman & Wakefield's Travis Jackson, Sam Hollis, and Ken Ashley are representing the company. This is the second time Primerica has emerged onto the real estate scene in recent years; it had been in a search for a possible new HQ location when those plans werescuttled when parent company Citigroup became mired in the credit crunch back in 2008.
