The now CEO of Williams Realty Advisors  told us simply, ?trying to survive.? The 44-year vet is often credited as the first to brand—and lavishly landscape—apartment communities. At the peak, John positioned Post as a national apartment company with communities from New York to California. His bio includes more than 40 awards, honors, and medals. John has also been named one of the 20th Century?s Most Influential Developers by National Real Estate Investor.
