| Former City of Atlanta chief of staff Steve Labovitz (a current partner at McKenna Long & Aldridge), Jackson Spalding PR queen Rachel Tobin, The Integral Group's Art Lomenick, and Merchant Capital's Cody Wilson posed for a quick pic during a luncheon at the Society for Marketing Professional Services this week. The group (moderated by Rachel) waxed philosophic on the state of public works and public-private partnerships following the defeat of the T-SPLOST. Steve, who was the financial architect behind the City of Atlanta's TAD program, says P3s such as TADs will likely now play a larger role in major projects, particularly infrastructure ones. |
