| We caught up with our friend Mark Parker last week, and he's in aNashville state of mind. Mark tells us his firm, SDG Real Estate Advisors, recently inked a deal with Faneuil for 16k SF at its newly acquired Poit Place II in Nashville. Locally based SDG bought the 50K SF office building in Nashville late last year through its value fund, and has since leased it to 85% occupancy with both the call center operator Faneuil and software maker Omnicell Inc., which took 25K SF there last year. Cornerstone Commercial Real Estate Services' Richard Fleming repped Faneuil, and Billy Lyell inked the deal for SDG. |
