Lincoln Property seems to be building a relationship with RR Donnelley & Sons. The company just inked a 23k SF deal with it at 730 Midtown, the Peachtree Street building owned by Colony Realty Partners. The new space will house RR Donnelley's ?project center? (think of it as the place where the magic happens for the world's largest printing company). Leigh Braswell and David Danhof with Lincoln brokered the deal for the landlord while CBRE's Jay Dowlenand Tara Alexander repped the tenant. This is the second RR Donnelley lease for Lincoln. It secured an 11k SF lease with the company's Moore Wallace North America division at 1117 Perimeter Center West this past August.
