| NAI Brannen Goddard's Bob Burdell and Doug Steverson cooked up quite a deal, repping Primo Grills in its purchase of 3289 Montreal Industrial Way (a 54k SF light manufacturing facility) in Tucker for $1.1M. Commercial Property Professionals' Rachel Condon repped the seller, a private investor from New York. The building was on the market for about a year after being empty for several years. Doug tells us that Primo will eventually move from its existing plant at 5999 Goshen Springs Rd in Norcross, where it operates in 25k SF. |
