POULOS BENEFIT

With school ending, eighth graders everywhere are about to graduate into one of the most important four-year spans of their lives. And for Newmark Knight Frank's John Poulos it's bittersweet. That's because his daughter Andee won't be joining her classmates in high school. Andee, now 15, (pictured here in happier times with her dad at her softball game) suffered what amounted to a stroke last year. The result was tragic. After being in a coma and having surgeries, Andee's back home, but she needs total 24-hour care as she goes through therapy to relearn the basics, like walking and talking and even eating. Some CRE industry peers have organized a benefit in honor of Andee at 6pm on June 1 at East Andrews Cafe and Bar. Organizers are asking for at least a $10 donation at the door, with the proceeds going to the Poulos family. If you have any questions, you can email us here at Bisnow or contact Newmark's Jim Davenport at (404) 926-1131.
