We metCraig Viergever last night at New York Prime where he told us that he and Tyler Flemming recently inked a deal with Ackerman Security for 30,500 SF at 1346 Oakbrook Dr (seen above), a First Industrial flex building. CB's Chris Eckles repped the tenant. Considering the nature of the tenant, we'll go ahead and assume those shrubs are poisonous. |
