Resource Real Estate Partners' CJ Kelly (above) confirmed the news that PA-based Exeter Property Group has picked up 7000 Cobb International Pkwy, a 151k SF distribution facility that is fully leased to Recycletronics for $6.2M, or $41/SF. Recycletronics is a non-profit subsidiary of the Tommy Nobis Center founded by former Falcons linebacker Tommy Nobis. Tom Shafer and John Hinson brokered the deal with CJ. | ||

That building was part of a larger pool of industrial buildings that Resource listed for sale on behalf of Boston-based Great Point Investors. On Halloween, it sold the rest of that portfolio, the three-building, 162k SF 3170-3190 Reps Miller Rd (above) to OA Development for $11.7M, or about $72/SF, according to Databank. CJ says the remaining portfolio is also fully leased. |
