Cushman & Wakefield's Andy Ghertner's deal flow just got a capital injection.

Andy (seen at a recent awards ceremony) just helped GE Capital renew more than 200k SF for five years at 300 Windward Plaza. Cushman & Wakefield's Carla Williams also assisted with the tenant, while CRE industry veteran Bob Stoner represented the landlord. GE Capital's office is one of the buildings that Parkway Properties bought the rights to lease and manage from Eola Capital.
