Phillip Hight's MDH Partners purchased 240 Northpoint Pkwy in Acworth, an empty 220k SF warehouse (above), Duke Realty's Brian Sutton  tells us. This was the building, built in 2002, that Unarco Material Handling vacated a couple of years ago. Brian,Adam Richards, and  Tyler Fann  repped the seller, Duke Realty, while Mel Stowers  represented MDH.
