Lincoln Property's David Danhof repped the landlord in a 11k SF at 1117 Perimeter Center West in the Central Perimeter to professional services firm Moore Wallace North American. Jay Dowlen and Tara Alexander with CBRE brokered the deal for the tenant. The 391k SF 1117 PCW is owned by Colony Realty Partners, and Moore's lease brings the building to 87% occupancy.
