KITCHEN, COCKTAILS, AND A LOAN

| We just had breakfast with Atlanta Development Authority's Bill Cronin this week. But that interview will have to wait until 2012. For now, we can report that the ADA just closed a $125k loan to the operators of White Oak Kitchen & Cocktails in the prime corner space at 270 Peachtree St in Downtown. The new restaurant, owned by the operators of Max Lager's, will take over the long-dormant All-Star Cafe space at the office tower. The proceeds will help fund the$1.2M-plus renovation costs. | ||
