KITCHEN, COCKTAILS, AND A LOAN

We just had breakfast with Atlanta Development Authority's Bill Cronin this week. But that interview will have to wait until 2012. For now, we can report that the ADA just closed a $125k loan to the operators of White Oak Kitchen & Cocktails in the prime corner space at 270 Peachtree St in Downtown. The new restaurant, owned by the operators of Max Lager's, will take over the long-dormant All-Star Cafe space at the office tower. The proceeds will help fund the$1.2M-plus renovation costs.
