| Transwestern's multifamily sales team bagged its first 2012 sale. The team, including Kevin Markwordt, Chaise Schmidt, Mike McGaughy, and Jon Kleinberg, brokered the sale of The Hamptons at Lenox, a 192-unit apartment complex in Buckhead for $4.9M. The team brokered more than $100M in apartment transactions last year. |
