FIGHT NIGHT FOUNDER DIES

We got word late last week that NAIOP's former executive director Mary Anne Woodie passed away after a four-year battle  with brain and lung cancer. Mary Anne  stepped down  from NAIOP in 2001 after reviving the organization with its very successful Fight Night programs (now NAIOP Night). She and her husband, Harold Carney, became heavily involved in  organic gardening  and the Georgia Organics Association. Gring Consultants Robbie Gring Campbell sent us this pic of Mary Anne at her Canton organic garden, called Freehome Gardens.
