Slutzky Realty Group's Adam Slutzky cruising on a motorized cooler
We snapped this last evening of Slutzky Realty Group's Adam Slutzky cruising on a motorized cooler at Atlantic Station?s 3rdannual Cornhole Cup. Several brokerage duos competed, and Brian Greene and Brett Sumner of CresaPartners drove away winners. They both won a cruising cooler, complete with cup holder. Runners-up Bill Ward and Philip Covin of Joel & Granot Commercial Real Estate each won a Cornhole set of his own.
Carter's Sonia Winfield and Mike Shelly, here with colleague Mary Kathryn Kennon
Carter's Sonia Winfield and Mike Shelly, here with colleague Mary Kathryn Kennon, came up with the Cornhole tourney idea to attract younger brokers to Atlantic Station, where Carter leases and manages the three office towers at 171, 201 and 271 17th Street. We offer firsthand information that the cold beer and burgers from Atlantic Grill helped get people there, too. While Atlantic Station is known for large corporate tenants such as Wachovia, BB&T, and Arnall Golden Gregory, smaller users also are wholeheartedly welcomed, Shelly tells us.
