Numerous sources tell us Coca-Cola is in talkswith the owners of SunTrust Plaza to move from Wildwood.
The beverage maker leases more than 200k SF at the 3200 Wildwood building. Sources say Coke, which purchased Coca-Cola Enterprises in 2010, has been scouting the in-town markets for months with a possible move from the Cumberland Galleria submarket, which was the home of CCE. The company had narrowed down its choices to SunTrust Plaza and the American Cancer Society building downtown. Calls to the brokers involved and to Coke were not returned.
