On the day a red panda breaks loose from the zoo, Bradley Fulkerson is leaving Cassidy Turley. Coincidence? Or was there a yearning to see something more?
One of Cassidy Turley's
heavy-hitting brokers, Bradley (snapped with wife
Susan in San Fran) left the firm after being part of the Carter team that joined the new firm when Carter sold its brokerage division two years ago (we know you followed that). "For the first time in 27 years,
I'm a free agent," he tells us. Both Bradley and CT described the split as "
amicable," with CT adding that Bradley (who joined Carter in 1985) would
continue to JV with them on various deals.
Here's Bradley rappelling down a Buckhead Tower for charity. Nobody is sure where he'll land (in terms of firms), but many CRE observers expect him to be a
sought-after commodity. During his
long history, Bradley has landed some big clients, including Xerox, Lanier Worldwide, Invest Atlanta, Optio Software and WebMD.
