An Atlanta after-market automotive supplier is taking a  $3.5M instant expansion.
 
A shot of 2251 Sylvan Rd, it's sale just brokered by Grubb & Ellis'Stephen Bridges and Buddy Hill. It's a 625K SF distribution facility in East Point, bought by Atlanta-based Boles Parts Supply. It will use the facility—purchased for $3.5M out of foreclosure with CW Capital—to  expand its operations from its HQ down the street, Buddy tells us. NAI/Brannen Goddard's Jack Haden  brokered the deal for the buyer. Buddy says the company will actually use 400K SF of the facility, with the rest leased out to other users. This deal lands as one of the 10 largest industrial transactions this year.
