| NAI Brannen Goddard's Mike Powell just told us he helped Aquafil USA relocate to 101 Friction Dr, a 234k SF warehouse in Cartersville. Aquafil makes carpet thread and is the US operations hub for the Italian company. The company moved from a Sealy & Co complex on Industrial Park Road in Cartersville. Hart Corp's James Belcher and Brian Bird brokered the deal for the landlord. |
