|Atlanta Property Group keeps on adding to its Atlanta portfolio (it takes the name pretty seriously). The firm closed on 280 Interstate North, a 124k SF office building in the Cumberland/Galleria area from Eola Capital. The building was part of Eola's Atlanta portfolio that is managed by Banyan Street Capital and was part of a portfolio put up for sale earlier this year (as we reported here). Cushman & Wakefield's David Meline and Stewart Calhoun brokered the sale. According to Databank, APG paid more than $8M. This is the latest APG buy in Atlanta, including 1200 Ashwood and 2801 Buford Hwy building in the Druid Chase complex. Lavista Associates' Austin Chase and Kirven Brantley have been tapped to lease the property.|
