RealtyMogul.com Latest to Enter ATL Crowdfunding Market

A West Coast real estate crowdfunding platform has entered the Atlanta market with a longtime financing exec. RealtyMogul.com has tapped Chuck Taylor, formerly of A10 Capital, to head up the new Atlanta office. The website is part of a growing trend of crowdsourcing finance for various real estate projects. Chuck will lead both debt and equity origination for the firm, as well as looking to hire locally to fill out the ranks.
