DC managing partner Joe Fanone led the representation. (He's pictured here in '12 from our tour of the firm's new office.) The tax increment financing bonds, measuring $145,445,000, were issued with the highest ratings in DC's history.

The bonds will go toward Phase 1 of the $2B waterfront redevelopment, expected in 2017. It's planned to include 1.4M SF, including piers, parks, residential, office, hotel and retail space.
