A popular Shaw beer garden will soon be opening a second location in Capitol Riverfront.

Dacha Beer Garden has signed a lease in MRP Realty's Dock 79 building at 79 Potomac Ave. SE, across the street from Nationals Park, the Washington Business Journal reports. Rappaport brokered the deal on behalf of MRP, while Streetsense represented Dacha.

Dacha will sit next door to another beer garden, Bardo, which is occupying the vacant lot next door — where MRP is planning a future development phase. On the other side of Nats Park, Jair Lynch is working on opening a bowling alley restaurant concept in its Half Street development.
