A Trulia chart of the most expensive baseball stadium neighborhoods for homebuyers reveals the median price per SF near Nationals Park is $469. That puts the Nationals Park area just outside the top five most expensive stadiums to live by. Even more interesting is that it's a notable increase since 2013's $392/SF, UrbanTurf reports. But before you scream highway robbery, consider the fact that the residential real estate near the park is mainly new high-rises. Plus we're still way better off than anyone looking to buy near San Francisco's AT&T Park. Those prices, which were just above $650/SF in 2013, have skyrocketed to more than $1k/SF. [UT]
