Fore Property is looking to expand its presence on the East Coast, and it has brought on a D.C.-based partner to lead development in the Mid-Atlantic region.

The multifamily developer announced this week it hired Alisa Brem Rosenberg as vice president and partner to focus on development activity from Virginia to Pennsylvania, with an emphasis on the D.C.-Baltimore area.

Rosenberg comes from Bozzuto, where she spent over three years and most recently served as vice president. She previously worked at Edens and Grosvenor

At Fore Property, she will work with Managing Partner Jim Sullivan, who oversees development, property management and construction for the East Coast. The company's most recent project in the D.C. area was a 351-unit apartment building in Hyattsville that opened in October 2018.

“I was drawn to Fore Property due to its reputation as a leader in thoughtful, sustainably designed multifamily development, with a national platform and highly localized approach,” Rosenberg said in a release. “I’m excited to champion new opportunities for growth here in the Mid-Atlantic region while carrying forward the company’s proud legacy of excellence.”
