LCOR Closes on Union Market Resi Site

This morning, LCOR announced it's purchased a development site right near Union Market, where it'll build 188 new apartment units in what will be the first residential project in the Union Market district. (You'll soon have a home to take your produce back to, instead of eating it all in the parking lot.) 30k SF of retail is also included, which will be handled by Union Market owner Edens. DC public records show a deed stating LCOR paid seller Sang Oh Choi $13M for its portion of the lot, though we were unable to confirm the final number. MAC Realty Advisors brought LCOR to the deal while marketing the site.
