Greystar Real Estate Partners and RCP Development have released renderings for the 220-unit rental project at 82 Eye St SE, in Navy Yard, and moved the delivery date up to late 2016. The 13-story building will be designed by R2L:Architects and will have 5,500 SF of retail. ANC 6D Commissioner David Garber praised the developer for including retail even though it wasn't required, UrbanTurf reports. The building's retail will be divided among three users.
