Park Meridian: Almost Underway

Last night at CoStar's 1331 L St digs, we heard a ULI presentation on Paradigm Development's Park Meridian project in Alexandria and found Paradigm chief Stan Sloter and the 505-unit building's architect, ACI's Faik Tugberk. Stan says Paradigm is getting the project's financing in place and that the firm hopes to break ground in the next few weeks.

Paradigm purchased the site, once the HQ for the American Trucking Association, from Lone Star Funds in late 2012 for $19.2M. (Updates have been slow, as we're getting all our information over CB radio.)
