Toronto’s Trump International Hotel & Tower—which Donald Trump and daughter Ivanka visited for its 2012 grand opening, above—has reportedly secured a buyer. A sale of the 65-storey hotel-condo at Bay and Adelaide could be concluded soon, according to a lawyer for owner Talon International Development. The tower, bearing the name of the presumptive Republican Party presidential nominee, will continue to be operated by Trump Hotel Collection, which has a long-term management agreement, a spokesperson told the Financial Post. The tower has had its share of issues through the years, including construction delays, falling glass and investor lawsuits. [FP]
