Another Major Tech Company Signs Big Lease At Santa Clara Square

Irvine Co. has secured the largest Silicon Valley office lease so far this quarter. Analog Devices Inc. has leased 445K SF at Santa Clara Square, bringing the 1.7M SF project to 91% leased.

ADI will lease two buildings at 2555 and 2565 Augustine Drive with its name displayed on top of both buildings. The company will join Hitachi Vantara, which secured a lease a few weeks ago.

The lease will allow ADI to consolidate its Milpitas and San Jose operations. The company was acquired by Linear Technology in March. ADI plans to move into its new offices in the fall. Existing tenants are AMD, Ericsson, Cambridge Industries Group and Veritas Technologies. a a

Designed by Pei Cobb Freed, Santa Clara Square offers floor-to-ceiling glass for natural light and efficient floor plans.

Amenities include The Commons, an open-air gathering place featuring casual workspaces, an outdoor living room with complimentary WiFi, two cafés, access to a nutrition counselor and fitness center at KINETIC, a bike-share program and a transit partnership with Lyft.
