Clise Properties Kicks Off New High-Rise Apartments

Work is underway on 2202 Eighth Ave by Clise Properties (see No. 5 on the Seattle Power 50).

The site, which is south of the La Quinta off Denny Way, is also near three other high-rise apartment projects that will bring 1,725 new units to the area. JLL Capital Markets has secured senior construction and mezz financing for the Clise property, the Puget Sound Business Journal reports.

Bank of the Ozarks provided the construction loan, while EverWest Real Estate Partners and Diamond Realty provided the mezz loan. [PSBJ]
